Previously working for the world’s largest family-run recruitment business, he has created, developed and delivered major business improvement programme and strategies across the UK and Europe. He became known as someone who turned businesses around through creating strong teams, implementing correct procedures as well as being commercially sound. Brian’s knowledge and understanding spans a wide range of sectors, from engineering and IT to professional services.
