Meet John...

John is an experienced Managing Director specialising in the growth of SME's.  He was previously MD of ClerkMaxwell Ltd (120 personnel) from start up to acquisition and now he is MD of Step Change Engineering Ltd.

John was also awarded AYP Mentor of the Year at the AYP Ball 2019.

John's background is in Process/Facilities Engineering covering all aspects of Engineering and Project Management of the Front End (Concept/Appraise/FEED) phases through to Detailed Design, Implementation and Operation of Oil and Gas facilities - formerly as Engineering Director for a Major Engineering Contractor.

John is a Fellow of the IChemE and part time lecturer at RGU and Aberdeen Universities.
