Meet Mark...
Mark has worked within the energy sector for the last 40 years. The majority of that time was spent developing and growing a pipeline & process business within the domestic and international markets.
Much of Mark’s experience has been focused on market strategies and business development when taking a product or service to new markets, sectors and territories. |
Being able to assist AYP mentees’ s navigate the daily challenges within the workplace, be it management culture, how to nurture relationships internally and externally and also identify specific areas of personal development for the mentee.
Outside of work Mark believes in life long learning, which is unusual for someone of hated school and left on the day he turned sixteen. Various self-improvement studies and courses over the years but equally understanding other cultures, beliefs and way of life through travelling the world has been a privilege.
