Meet Susan...

Susan is an HR and OD professional with around 30 years work experience across a diverse range of sectors. Previous employers have included Scottish Enterprise, the NHS, Subsea 7, Wood Plc and the Net Zero Technology Centre.

​Susan is a fellow of the CIPD and RSA and has a great interest in learning and development, currently completing her PhD with the University of Aberdeen, examining the experience of working from home during COVID-19.

Susan is from the north-east of Scotland and outside work, enjoys spending time with her family, reading and walking in the great outdoors.

​Susan is keen to mentor people who are interested in exploring their future career and developing an action plan.
