Meet Ruth...Ruth has over 20 years HR generalist experience in the public and private sectors. Beginning her career in the public sector, Ruth rose to lead a team for Aberdeen City Council before joining Sodexo in 2010 and then Petrofac in 2013 as HR Manager. She was promoted in 2017 to HR Director and currently leads on HR Operations. Ruth supports with the leadership team on all employee lifecycle areas and leads a team HR Business Partners. She enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, going to the theatre and dining out.
